I have these - awesome first open-back pair. Sennheiser is state-of-the art and a favorite of mine. Can't go wrong. Plus it come's in an ivory set too.
Grado Prestige 325X
Great on-ear open-back series. Linked is the 325x model, but 225x and other models work well too.

My first pair of headphones. Trusty, nothing insane when it comes to sound. An iconic piece of gear that will do the job.
Sennheiser Momentum 4
Perhaps it's Sennheiser bias, but I own and love these. Super comfy and crystal clear sound. I had the Momentum 3's too- arguably more stylish
